For all rooms:

  • 30 day minimum stay – weekly rates available after 1st month
  • Room rates run between $1350 and $2340 per 30 days ($45 – $78 per night) – Please call for availability
  • Deposit is required. [$600-$1500] (deposit amount dependent on size of party, type of room, and pets)
  • All guests are screened prior to booking. Proof of income, background check, rental history (if applicable) are required.

  • Varied Floor Plans – All single suites include a Kitchenette (Refrigerator, 1 Burner Induction Cook Top OR 2 Burner Ceramic Stove Top, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Crock Pot)
